THE STORY OF HEADY SPAGHETTI

WHAT IS HEADY SPAGHETTI?

Wearable fan art clothing brand created in Charleston, South Carolina by a husband-wife duo of lifelong Phish phans. Heady Spaghetti was created because we love buying tees and crafts on the lot but don’t want to wait until the next show. We wanted to use our design skills and love of everything Phish to incorporate into something Phans can have and wear for years to come. We create Phish t-shirts, Phish sweatshirts and hoodies and are introducing more women's Phish t-shirt styles to our selection.

BRAND HISTORY

One of the founders of Heady Spaghetti is an e-commerce manager and graphic designer that prioritized her values, faith and work-life balance over climbing the corporate ladder. The other founder is a seasoned chef that enjoys creating mixed media art and textured paintings as well as listening to Phish daily (at least twice per day).

Together they combined their life passions to create something for our community to enjoy: comfortable, durable and colorful gear! We hope you love our products as much as we love Phish and we love our community!

Design process

Our artwork is digitally created with a combination of digital assets such as clip art, shapes, ai-generated images, overlays, type fonts and more. We work in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Express and Canva to use filters, illustration and typography work in perfecting the artwork until it turns into something we truly love! Then it becomes a product.

WHAT MAKES US UNIQUE?

We carefully select all our suppliers and sample our products before they are released to the public. If we don’t like a sample we have received from a supplier, we immediately discontinue using that supplier because if we don’t want to wear it, we don’t want you to either.

We use non-toxic dyes and eco-friendly materials as well as sustainably sourced cotton in all of our sweatshirts and unisex t-shirts and we regularly research new suppliers as we strive towards producing products that are safe for the environment.
