HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To initiate a return, reach out to our Service Team within 3 days of delivery and follow the instructions provided in our response. Please be sure to ship items back within 14 days of delivery as we have a 14 day Return Policy.
Upon return, receive a one-time in-store credit, minus return shipping costs.
Refunds and exchanges are only provided on Quality Assurance claims (which are detailed in Our Quality Guarantee) and are processed swiftly upon receiving your item.
We gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective items for a full refund.
Ensure a smooth return by including the original receipt with your online merchandise return.
OUR QUALITY GUARANTEE
At Heady Spaghetti, your satisfaction is our mission. For any issues, contact us for swift resolution. We stand behind our product quality and we will initiate a quality assurance claim on your behalf.
For any damaged or substandard items, start a return within 3 days of delivery, sending it back within 10 day to ensure that quality assurance claims are completed within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
FREE PRODUCT REPLACEMENT POLICY
Our Free Product Replacement Policy states that we will initiate a Quality Assurance Claim with our manufacturer on your behalf. Once your claim is processed, we will ship you a replacement item (exchange) free of charge.
As a small business made up of independent artists and all products are specially made-to-order, this means that we do not store pre-made product inventory. Limits to the Free Product Replacement Policy include:
- Lost orders with an incorrect delivery address provided at checkout
- Products that were received as requested; however, you wish to have another size/color instead (buyer's remorse)
- Garments with a minor size deviation from the size guide measurements (below 1")
