THE STORY OF HEADY SPAGHETTI
WHAT IS HEADY SPAGHETTI?
Wearable fan art clothing brand created in Charleston, South Carolina by a husband-wife duo of lifelong Phish phans. Heady Spaghetti was created because we love buying tees and crafts on the lot but don’t want to wait until the next show. We wanted to use our design skills and love of everything Phish to incorporate into something Phans can have and wear for years to come. We create Phish t-shirts, Phish sweatshirts and hoodies and are introducing more women's Phish t-shirt styles to our selection.
BRAND HISTORY
One of the founders of Heady Spaghetti is an experienced e-commerce manager and graphic designer who chose staying true to her faith and values over returning to the corporate world. The other founder is a chef that enjoys creating mixed media art and textured paintings as well as listening to Phish daily (at least twice per day).
Together they combined their life passions and creative abilities to provide something joyful for our community: comfortable, durable and colorful Phish gear any time of year. We hope you love our products as much as we love Phish and our community.
Design process
Our artwork is created on an iPad and Macbook fully equipped with Adobe suite tools - sorry we don't offer embroidered goods, hand-dyed artisanal tie-dyes or even handmade woven bajas - we're just not that good with our hands like that and it's just not in our wheelhouse. We work in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Express and Figma and every piece of merchandise is made to order by our manufacturing partners across the USA. We don't keep a warehouse or limited numbers of stock so if there is a design you'd like to see on a different shirt or even a hat, let us know and we'll make it happen. Note: Please allow 3 business days additional on dellivery time for any design modifications you request.
WHAT MAKES US UNIQUE?
We carefully select all our suppliers and sample our products before they are released to the public. If we don’t like a sample we have received from a supplier, we immediately discontinue using that supplier because if we don’t want to wear it, we don’t want you to either.
All of our products are manufactured with non-toxic dyes and eco-friendly materials and all of our sweatshirts and unisex t-shirts are made with 100% sustainably sourced US cotton. We regularly research new suppliers as we strive towards making products that are safe for the environment. All of Heady Spaghetti's products are both made to order and shipped from one of 6 different manufacturing partners in the USA.
